o Forms (contact, price calculator, audit): name, e-mail, phone, company, message and project choices. They are used only to answer your request and prepare a quote.
o Video meetings: the information entered when booking and the content of the call. A call is recorded and transcribed only with your consent, asked at the start of the call.
o Audience measurement: pages viewed, calculator steps and contact buttons used, without cookies and without data that identifies you.
Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Service providers and countries
o Infomaniak (Geneva, Switzerland): storage of requests. The data stays in Switzerland.
o Vercel (United States): website hosting and notification sending. Certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
o Hostinger (Cyprus and Lithuania): e-mail. Processing in countries recognised by Switzerland as providing adequate protection.
o Cal.com (United States): meeting booking. Transfer governed by standard contractual clauses.
o Google (Ireland and United States): calls on Google Meet. Certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
o Fathom (United States): call recording and transcription, with your consent. Certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
o Umami (United States, data in the European region): audience measurement. Transfer governed by standard contractual clauses.
Retention: requests are deleted no later than 24 months after the last exchange, unless a collaboration follows.
